About the event

Join us to develop a deeper understanding of money mindset and how it impacts a community's overall health. This workshop covers financial wellness as a part of holistic care. We introduce the core principles of financial wellness and the key components of building positive financial habits. We look forward to spending this intentional time exploring and understanding financial wellness as a part of whole-person care.

Our Money Mindset workshop focuses on understanding one’s financial past, present and future and the emotions behind money, ways to break generational patterns, and develop boundaries based on our observation of financial patterns. The workshop will include interactive and reflective activities. Led by Corinna Espino, a mental health professional, Sascha Owens, a holistic wellness educator, and Jasper Smith (Mr. #BuildWealth), a financial educator, the workshop is strength-based and rooted in research and evidence.
