Join us in celebrating the balancing of light with the Fall Equinox. A wellness workshop to help us honor our harvest and take time to be thoughtful about the stillness of this season! We will spend intentional time looking at gratitude, balance, and embracing change.
Our Fall Equinox Workshop will focus on welcoming the new energy during the Fall Equinox. This time ask us to take a look at all that we received this past year, and begin to start making fertile ground for our next season of life. The workshop will include sound bowl healing with Elaine Astorga, a short yoga practice, and a reflective gratitude activity led by Corinna Espino, a mental health professional, and Sascha Owens, a holistic wellness educator.
We hope to join us in this celebration of the harvest and the quiet balancing of light that happens in Fall.
