- Module 1: Compelling Communication Tools (6/28/21 from 5:30-7:30)
- Module 2: Dealing with Objections from Prospects (TBD)
- Module 3: Prospecting, procuring more referrals, and improving client retention (TBD)
- Module 4: Strategies for effective recruiting, training, and retaining good agents to grow your team (TBD)
Empathy in Action, a consulting practice led by mental health professionals, supports financial advising firms to develop and hone a specific set of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. These skills equip advisors with the ability to build, maintain and maneuver client relationships with ease.
Empathy in Action offers evidence-based, engaging training opportunities about communication strategies, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed practices to support a diverse range of financial advising professionals and their ability to provide excellent services to their clients.
These skills help the financial advisors to:
- Deal with objections from prospects
- Easily identify buying cues
- Increase referrals and client retention
- Keep focused and poised during challenging situations
- Develop deeper empathy for and understanding of themselves
- Develop confidence in the advisor's ability to strategically navigate moments of discomfort.
